BBB has given me the opportunity to enjoy challenging work with the flexibility required to raise my young family. As a CPA, getting back on track with my career while juggling a young family, was extremely important to me. BBB has given me the flexibility I needed, as well as the opportunity to increase (or decrease) my workload when the time was right for me personally. As a Senior Finance Consultant, over the past 3 years, I have enjoyed being part of a team with a diverse skillset, and seeing the differences we make to our clients businesses with our Day2Day and +CFO services. BBB offers a great culture with regular team huddles ( Yes, there is STILL always one of us trying to speak while on mute !!). Most importantly, we all have a voice and our opinions do matter. There are development and growth opportunities available, or not, if you don’t want them, and that’s OK too.! The leadership style demonstrated at BBB, is very impressive and it is a team that is a privilege to be a part of.
The flexibility provided by BBB has been very welcome as I begin studying at university and can plan work and study time with ease. I can provide honest feedback on what works best for me and find that BBB truly care and work with me to allow me to work, study and still not feel overwhelmed. I am also learning through my work and have plenty of opportunities to do so. The team is always friendly and helpful, with no question being unanswered and I am encouraged to do my own research also. I really enjoy working for BBB and our clients.
I enjoy working for a variety of SMEs that all have different aches and pains. Being able to provide a solution to their problems and seeing their businesses improve as a result is really fulfilling.
Whether that be improving productivity so day to day tasks can become more efficient and effective or providing a sounding board for business strategy with a Finance lens over it – there are so many ways we help SME’s grow. This in turn helps our own staff grow as they get to be along for the ride and develop a wide range of skills that are both technical and personal.
Having helped SME’s transition so that now they couldn’t imagine themselves operating as they used to is something myself and the BBB Team are really proud of.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST – MELBOURNE
This role will suit someone who is first and foremost a Bookkeeper or Accountant who is experienced and passionate about Payroll. You’ll have a business improvement focus and experience in managing and processing payruns of 50+ and supporting companies and their employees in this business critical function.
You will be joining our national Team of Bookkeepers and Accountants in helping SMEs through this exciting year and beyond with your strong technical accounting skills and ability to calm people in a storm. This is a hybrid role which will have both onsite (working with customers where they are to build relationships) and offsite (working from home or in one of our hubs) aspects.
